Client Spotlight – World Academy

World Academy is a private, independent, NAEYC and NEASC accredited Middle School, Elementary School, Early Childhood Program and Summer Camp that serves approximately 500 families with comprehensive, in-depth, and culturally diverse curricula and experiences. Located in South Nashua, it encompasses a 55,000 square foot facility on a six acre campus with two in-ground pools, four developmentally appropriate playgrounds, a soccer field, and a regulation Gymnasium/Theatre Arts building.

World Academy utilizes its uniquely developed roadmap for student success, ‘Cradle to Careers,’ to help navigate each child’s educational journey seamlessly from infancy through Middle School graduation. This personalized approach encourages collaboration between students, parents, and teachers, and requires higher level integrative thinking. Teams of teachers craft Individual Learning Plans based on detailed analytics of each student’s educational needs. As students advance in their knowledge foundation, they are encouraged to take charge of their own educational direction and pursue areas that interest them.

“Birth is the beginning of a journey that needs to be intentionally nurtured”, explains Founder Kathy Nelson. “We provide the foundation, resources and experiences to support growth and success at each level, without gaps, to maximize on every child’s opportunity to achieve well-rounded personhood.

As our expansions began to require more technology, we grew faster than we could manage and we were given Acapella’s name, specifically Matt Mercier, as a company/person who could help us manage our services. They are responsive and caring problem solvers who are always there when we need them.”

For over 35 years, World Academy has successfully educated and nurtured over 15,000 students while deepening their passions for learning. Clearly, authentic twenty-first century learning experiences flourish widely at World Academy!
