Acapella Adds Team Members

sidebar_itservicesAcapella Technologies, a provider of information technology services for small and medium-sized businesses, is proud to announce the addition of two new team members: John Sinclair and Eric Ruthernberg. The team growth adds new Microsoft certifications and additional capabilities to the company.

Matt Mercier, Founder and CEO, is quoted as saying, “Adding John and Eric to the team not only broadens the knowledge and experience base of the team and allows us t bring expanded services to our customers, but also positions the company for the kind of growth we project for the next 18 months.”

John Sinclair has worked in Information Technology since 1990.  He has experience in working at and managing helpdesks, network architecture and design, and more than 15 years of server management. He has administered networks ranging in size from 5 to 3500 clients, both local and wide area. John earned his MCITP in Server and Enterprise Administration in September of 2009, and brings a wealth of knowledge of many of Microsoft’s current small, medium, and large business offerings including System Center, Exchange Server, SQL Server and Windows Hyper-V Virtualization.

Eric Ruthenberg has four years of desktop support and server administrator experience.  Among his many skills are his ability to explain technical subjects in a user-friendly manner, and his desire to fix things in a time of need. He has experience in the healthcare, retail, corporate, educational and home environments. Eric holds several Microsoft certifications, including Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista and Windows XP.
