After speaking with Matt Mercier, the owner of Acapella Technologies, at a Chamber event, I thought Acapella might be just what we needed. I signed up for IT services for my small nonprofit in 2013 and I've been very happy with them ever since. Acapella Technologies is comprised of a very skilled team of really nice people. Every time we've experienced any sort of computer glitch we send a quick email, they create a ticket and shortly thereafter a team member reaches out to us. They provide an immediate fix quickly but dig into things a bit deeper to find underlying issues to provide complete resolution. They have also gone above and beyond to find solutions that meet our budget. When our budget doesn't allow for the best solution, they have worked hard to provide a very good solution that meets our budget. I highly recommend Matt Mercier and the team at Acapella.

For several years, Acapella has been our go-to company for our computer needs. Their service has been prompt and courteous, and a great value for the monthly fee. Every small business needs IT support that is affordable, and Acapella is definitely that company. Especially appealing is that they are local and not some call center on the other side of the planet. Additionally, their support staff are knowledgeable in their field and patient with those of us who are not as computer-savvy but need to use the computer daily!

Nathan was great in walking me through some troubleshooting over the phone. Once the problem was solved and we got off the phone, Nathan kept working to make sure the problem wouldn't happen again and even called me back to let me know what he had discovered and how he had made an adjustment to prevent our problem from happening again.
